    You need to add Launcher.exe / Gunz.exe to both your anti virus / firewall exclusion list. (Windows defender)

    If it doesn't work, maybe it's because of your windows defender. I've had a problem like that before, but after I disabled the windows defender permanently, it worked.
    Try windows+r , type regedit , click yes, find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE> software> policies > microsoft> windows defender > right click> click new> DWORD(32bit) > Change the name DisableAntiSpyware> and put value 1(hexadecimal).
    Restart to take effect.
