Im using my mobile* got simcard from the plan which we applied so both have same Speed, i got good speed on my mobile using the sim they gived but when i play gunz it lags.http://m.imgur.com/xlpttT1

My net is x10 worse than yours lol.

Try closing any unwanted programs in the background (sometimes youtube/skype makes me lagg in game)
Try archetype settings (if not already done so)

Check on task manager which programs are taking a lot of space.
