My Friend played in his acc back .

when he played it back , he went to central bank, and saw this Odd message which should not occur

some tournament item as i remember like 3 or 2

Cat in the hat male
cat in the hat female
and more ..

As i can remember we recieved these items for a couple of days because we had something to celebrate.
Could be he didn't login during this time and never used those items. even if you do not use these items they expire and show this message when you check your central bank.

Yep we received those items as a celebration.
Probably awhile ago, since this screenshot is taken from a different account i didn't access for about 2 years '-'

I have no clue, are you sure you didn't receive those items back then?
