To all those calling it a blatant Rip-off: FYI, this was in development far before OW was even announced back in late 2014 during BlizzCon. Hi-Rez just never said anything about it basically until OW was a thing that existed. They were kinda forced to say "Oh shit, we have a game too! Wait, hang on" otherwise they would have no chance of competing (as if they still even have a chance as of current). One thing can be said though that it DOES feel like a rip off, but it is definitely far from it.

Not saying one or the other is better, but it's a mere coincidence that both are Hero shooters that were announced near the same date window.
