I hope part of your reasoning to get a 4K monitor isn't for GunZ LOL

I'd only buy 4K if you watch more movies n stuff as playing games (a lot of games are not optimised for 4k so..).

GunZ phucks up with high resolutions. Any higher than 2800x1800 or so and you'll start seeing quite a few scaling issues with text. But other than that, you're fine.

But Jesus Christ do not buy a 4k monitor unless you love movies, porn, and have multiple games in mind that do support 4k.

Id avoid 4k for gaming right now. Theres a few 1440p ips high refresh rate monitors out there though.

Thanks guys, I changed my mind cus of your opinions.

I found 2 models now instead of a 4k monitor.

    IIYAMA G-MASTER RED EAGLE GB2488HSU-B2 - €280
    24 inch - TN , 1 MS and 144HZ at 1920 x 1080 pixels

    BENQ XL2730Z - €449
    27 inch - TN , 1 MS and 144HZ at 2560 x 1440 pixels

    My Current PC SETUP:

    CPPU: i5 6600k
    RAM: 16GB DDR4
    MOBO: MSI 170Z
    PSU: Corsair 750CXM
    GPU: GTX 970

I really appreciate all the help

    EDIT:

I found a asus monitor with the same specs as the Benq but I think I would prefer the asus one.

    ASUS MG278Q - €500
    27 inch - TN , 1 MS and 144HZ at 2560 x 1440 pixels

ASUS stuffs are always overkill. Don't buy unless budget isn't something you need to care about.

I'd get the BenQ if I were you. Or better yet, save more by going for the Iiyama and up your GPU more. 970 is considered an outdated GPU for me.
