- Search for the file named "Config.xml" and delete it.
- Launch FGunZ using the Launcher.

i think its only anti virus related ?
check carefully if you have another anti virus? check ur task manager and try to add it also to your windows defender

I know that any file that says it is necessary to disable anti-virus is suspicious, but u can trust test a thing.
disable your anti virus and re-download the install, after this remove/add the launcher.exe in exceptions (firewall and anti virus).
enable anti virus and try
If you are using Windows 10 you have Windows Defender build in.
