I think I know why you get stuck there. Only happens after CQ/Quest I assume. There is an issue on the server we have yet to fix. Maybe tomorrow's patch fixes it.

An annoying problem when there are events and the staff explains I get dc
When I wait for a friend to come to the room I get dc

That d/c issue is hard to debug...

Not wifi, I'm using a cable.

This same problem is happening to me since v8. After few act 9 or act 4 I start to get stucked on result score page even though i double click at the screen. The freeze gets worse in time. When I restart it's normal, after few cq, happens again. Even when I press esc + R after boss dies, it still happens.

Latest patch didn't fix it.
