There should be a way, google it, How to save contact list on msn or something, then change your password, quickly get on msn, save it, then make a new account and restore them.

I never made a new email or anything, but i think you need to add them all manually.
maybe if you got MSGPLUS you can download an addon for contact lists or anything but i really have no idea sorry.

Changing your password doesn't do shit.

It freeze's your email, not your password. If you change your password all that means is that you are resetting the sequence of the attack, by doing so it defreeze's your email untill the attacker clicks on freeze again, or restarts his program. So yes, you can quickly log in, only untill the program figures it has been defreezed and restarts. So when you log back out, it will refreeze it.

Only thing to do it change your email to that he does not know of.

Not really. I`m already logged in for the whole day.
I even relogged once to check if it gets frozen again and it didnt.

I guess I`m lucky.
