Internet Protocol Addresses are public. Think of them as a license plate when you drive a car. Someone can easily see that and get information. Same thing with IP's they can be seen and information can be extracted by those who are willing. Theres no need to be a baby if someone posts you're ip you cant "hack" someone with their ip.
