i'v donated for so many server but never had this problem once. before i can even get into my paypal and select a card it's saying i have no funds on my account which i know isn't true or else i wouldn't be making this thread. i tryed 45$ ( just put a 50$ visa card on my paypal) and it didn't let me get in , i then tried 20 , still didn't let me select a card just said i had no funds. any suggestions?
PS : i tried making my visa card primary and that did nothing.
