As you can see I'm unable to view the chat box without going to the 'Mobile Chat', never experienced this problem when using Google Chrome but how ever I've switched back to Explorer as my main browser.

Do I need to enable cookies? Allow an add-on or something?

Who uses IE nowadays and why would you stop using Chrome and start using IE instead?

For some reason when I use chrome I get stupid Priicechopp adds and cant seem to get rid of it, it appeared after installing a game, guess I agreed to install it instead of declining the offer. I've tried various things like HitmanPro, Malware Bytes etc, doesn't seem to get rid of it nor can I find it in my Programmes to uninstall it.

Download AdBlocker Plus on Chrome and if it won't disable that thing, try to remove it manually > Google is your friend.
