I have a Lv4 [HP] gem on one character.
1 Lv4 [HP] Gem is +1.5 HP
VS
1 Epic Lv1 donor gem is 2.5 HP
Obviously I cant compare bp Lv5 or Lv6 gems to donors because i dont know their stats I only guessed at them and its still impossible to get them. McSic said that a Lv4 bounty gem would be equal to a Lv1 donor gem but its obviously not. Thats what's called pay to win guys. The more you make the server P2W the less likely people will play FG v8.
