Lag like this usually occurs when someone with NAT enters the room.
For example, you'd be kstyling and destroying everyone, and then someone enters the room with NAT, you will freeze and lagg HORRIBLY for about 5/10/15 seconds. It's a bug, as far as i'm concerned.
But i don't know if anyone had NAT on him, nor if you know about this bug
