Disable anti-virus and try again (run as admin), it detects GunZ.exe as a virus and removes it right away.
Add it to your exceptions list as well

This worked for me, had the same problem.
Disable anti-virus, run launcher, let it update and add it to your eceptions list on your anti-virus and everything should work fine.
