This guy comes in with amazing high ping. It spiked up to 600 but the screenie i took you couldn't tell cause the background was all white so u couldn't see the numbers. But his ping went from 46 to 232 and he admitted to "Downloading".

Idk if this is bannable but he should be punished for "downloading" in CW and admitting to it.
