Reason: told him he was spiking, ignored and acted as if he was trying - immediately rejoin (obviously not gonna help). after that told him rejoining doesnt work, ignored again. after wanting to kick him out, he raged. no signs of wanting to fix the spike at all, and it's not minor spike, it's 12x to 3xx.
