    Put your anti-virus back on and then after 2min off.
    Thats worked for me.

    Or try this:
    1)Disable your anti virus
    DEP:
    2)Go to start then klik Run en typ this code:
    bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff
    Then u know its put off.
    You can do it agian on if you want:
    bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOn
