So eight days ago I receive a message saying that someone hacked/stole my account. Five days later I get another PM, this time it's from SuperWaffle. This is that PM: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/256/96057925.jpg/
At this point I say... Andy? Oh I remember that name, it's either BlueFish or a guy named Andy I was in a clan with. So it turns out to be Andy. A few days ago maybe 2-3, I see Andy talking in chatbox. I say something to the effect of: hey gai, did you steal ^4TwisT? And then he denies it in chat and a few minutes pass by. Then he does that FG chat/pm/facebook feature that we have on the bottom. And then this conversation begins:

I already posted a thread where he does openly admit to being on the account and actually, provided a picture of him the account.

Things I believe he has done but not have concrete proof of:
Stealing other accounts that he keeps within the clan
Alternative forums accounts, Check the forum name "beans" Mods. Compare it to Andy's IP if you would please, just so I don't have to make another thread for forum reports.
Also, requesting ban.

Let's get to the point shall we? Are we friends? Do I know you? Have we ever conversated beyond this point? If you look at the SS's it looks like I was not going to get my account PW back until I agreed to let you use it. I did, but I lied. I don't even know you. Why would you think it's okay to be on someone else's account that you don't know or have permission from? And that's what it comes down to.
Facts:
1. You were on an account that was not yours
2. You changed the PW
3. You did not notify the account holder
This is Account Stealing.
