Why do all good things come to an end?

I started playing FGunZ in April 2012, played it for 14 days, then I had to quit.
I mostly played quest and training rooms (usually name Ego ruined GunZ).
Got to lv 71. It was kind of fun;
- I started playing GunZ (the Interntional version) in late '05, so I already knew how the game goes.-

FGUNZ GAME

I got back on FGunZ on Jan 2013; I downloaded the client again;
Here's how the things go:
Log in.

FIRST ROOM:
Lobby looking for a room, I just want to waste some time, chatting and chillin'. [All underlined names are pure fictional players]
Join a training room, which is always there. Suddenly the cancer joins the game, and randomly starts to kill everybody.
Wait 5 second(s), respawn.
Go back to training/chatting - and here he goes again, the cancer keeps killing everybody.

This is what the chat looks like at this point:

NormalPlayer: Why are you doing this? o.O
cancerVictim: make u fgt *other random swears*
cancer: u ez i 11-0 all huehue
cancerVictim: stfu u pie%/& of /(%!"£ I /("£% your /(!"%£
cancer: huehue dodge huehue

If the cancerVictim is weak enough, they'll probably go duel.
This means you'll later see on the forum cancer's thread "huehue 1v1 dropt" - or maybe the cancerVictim's thread saying the same (This means the victim become cancer).


SECOND ROOM:
Let's play something else. CTF in Asylum.
- Wow, they made CTF for GunZ! this is awesome because they added something new to the skill, the teamwork! -
Somebody camps @ their base.
This is boring, let's rush to the enemy's base!
"!Let's go guys!" - Nobody comes.
Reach the red base, get dropped. cancer taunts
Eveytime you die, cancer taunts.

Now the chat looks like this:

NormalPlayer: Why are you doing this? o.O
cancerVictim: make u fgt *other random swears*
cancer: u ez i 11-0 all huehue
cancerVictim: stfu u pie%/& of /(%!"£ I /("£% your /(!"%£
cancer: huehue dodge huehue

Oh, not this $%&# again!


THIRD ROOM:
Can I even play a decent room? I'm starting to lose faith in it.
Let's try this new mode, infected.
Zombies camp, Humans camp.
30 seconds left, a zombie comes out and kills a human.

Guess what's the chat like..

cancer: FKING BR GO DIE IN A FIRE

cancer: huehue dodge huehue

cancers troll everywhere, even in lobby, via whisper, during events, etc.

FGUNZ FORUM

The other big thing is the community. "Newgens" is used as a dispregiative term.
A community CAN NOT GO ON without new people.
I'm not blaming anyone, it happened with my forum too.

Here's the story:
At the beginning we did our best, I used to help every single user having problem with our softwares.
I remember adding them on Skype and giving them full support.
Our shoutbox looked like this:

Newgen: hi sorry i just registered i need help with xxx
Me: Post your problem in the thread and if you don't succeed I'll add you on skype
-------
Newgen: can someone gimme the link to xxx
elite: here you go: www. xxxx

Once we reached 100,000 first and 300,000+ users later, we (staff) didn't really care much about helping "new users".
We started the reign of terror; I personally started to warn/ban new users for almost nothing, but giving the Elite Users the freedom..

Example:
Newgen double posts - warned.
EliteUser quintuple post - *Contact him via shoutbox* "dude stop it " - Then edits all the messages to one.

Not only the staff, even the Elite Users started to troll.

Now the shoutbox looked like this:

newgen: plx gimme the link to xxx
Elite: gtfo and use search u piece of sh1t
-------
newgen: can somebody plx hekp
- I didn't even answer-

Here on FGunZ, I'm the newgen; and I can assure you it's crap.
I still managed to make some friends, but this is kind of hard/impossible for newestgen.


(disappointing) Conclusions:
We can stop this downhill;
I'll write the conclusions on further replies.

Oh, before you say it (as it happened before **because this community has already reached that point where newgen are all f4gs**) I'm not a random looking for attention.
I'm just a newfgunzgen who likes this server and would like to make it a better place for everyone.
