So, e3 just happened and to be honest, this time I was actually OKAY with Microsoft's press release. They kept hold to their promise to actually have GAMES.

Dead Rising 3 (now an open world)
KILLER INSTINCT (Holy **** hype)
Quantum Break
Forza (already knew, but it's there)
And a couple others I am forgetting
This was good...... only until the end.
They made their official price announcement.
FOUR HUNDRED AND NINETY-NINE USD.
That's right, you read that correctly. $499 for this new console.
I don't know about you, but that alone is making me stay away from the XBONE. Sure they have cool games, but why should I have to pay HALF A GRAND TO PLAY EXCLUSIVE GAMES? This is ridiculous. It's gonna be a repeat to what happened to sony except this time MICROSOFT will be the victim. Like really, they not only shot themselves in the foot and dug their own grave, but now they expect people to actually BUY this, expecting total combined roundup sales of both 360 and XBONE to reach ONE BILLION?
Seriously though, what are your thoughts?
