First off, I know the text isn't good yet, but also watch your fonts. Try to use the same ones, readable ones and not the overused ones.

Its really not showing a whole bunch, but to point out some stuff. Try to smooth out the camera/recording parts. There are a few techniques you can use.

Assuming you're rendering on 30 FPS, record on 60 FPS and try to go fast while recording with camera, not the slow sloppy movements. If you can record on 60 fps and render on 30 (you can record on 50 if you render in 25 etc.) then you can just slow down the clip.

If you can't record on that FPS, then use straight lines or ask someone else.

As for filters and effects, if you're working in AE CS 5+, you can stabilize a motion, use this with some motion blur(maybe cc blur), and you'll probably get rid of the sloppy movements.

And just to be me, I think its too slow. Try to show more in fewer seconds, get to the point a bit quicker.
