Reason: I know he is probably just lagging, but warn him or something, it's to much, and the thing is, he is abusing his lagg for kills, and it's HIS network that sucks, so i suggest warning him or something, or bann at all... HE'S ONLY 400 PING, and no one could hit him for minutes, when he couldn't move from shots, then i died and started to record.
