the animations are glitchy as ****, the switching between weapons way too long. if you switch weapons while dashing for example it takes a good two seconds before it switches.

Cant confirm the glitchy part -played for like 6 hours, the weapon switching is actualy tied in with the lag.
If the host & you are lagging -> everything is down the drain.
The netcode at the moment makes it so who ever is the host (lagging or not) has a big advantage over the other players.
