I want to say I only have one screenshot of his spike, but I have a few recordings. The reason being we were fighting the whole time, so I didn't get much of a chance & when I did his ping was normal. He's spiking to 200+ constantly though, and he spikes all the time in clan war, hes even bragging that he already has had 8 warnings. -__- Seol also spikes once in a while, but nothing too extreme.
