Reason: Provoking players to flame and is also spiking during the entire game.
Proof/Evidence:
First of all, everytime he kills someone, he comments with "ezshit", which is clearly to make everyone angry so that they will insult him, provoking everyone. And it's annoying as hell.
And then the spiking. He is clearly forcelagging and he is obviously aware of it, altough he keeps saying, as his excuse, that it doesnt matter if he is spiking, because we can still flip him. We can flip people with 600ping or worse, that's not the point. He is teleporting here and there and it can be hard to keep up. Mex, Bunny, static-x and I mentioned several times that this is warnable but he didnt give a damn. He just kept making excuses when it was obvious in some moments that he was f12ing or using fraps aswell as having something that makes him forcelag while doing those things.

Here's the one where he is also f12ing in the very start of the recording. I couldnt really tell if he is f12ing somewhere else in the recordings because of his spiking, I dont have eyes good enough to tell the difference unless it's as obvious as it is in this recording.
