As you can see in the replay, he's clearly moving very slow and hitting very hard.
Also, he tends to wait a few seconds after he spawns, so he doesn't show his spawn / glitchy spike when he spawns.
You will however see that when he moves right after spawning, that he is obviously glitch spiking.
The rest of the replays will be enough to show that he's UCing.
