CW rotation suggestion

Make it like CS:GO where you can change items each round at the start, gives you somewhat of a strategy in Clan Wars.
Earn your cash for a better item after each round with kills/dmg.
This would make CW more interesting.
Edit: this would be fine if all donations became cosmetic #BALANCEGUNZ
