Your router is pretty much outdated and cant handle the amount of packets coming from the other players, search for the latest firmware upgrade of your router model then go to your router configuration through 192.168.1.1 usually default username and password is admin then upgrade your router
Note; after that you have to re-configure your whole router if you dont know how then call your isp
