Firstly, sry im a newgen scroller random.
There's an option to remove custom item from weapon rotation. After I enabled it I would be able to scroll to my guns and I will need to press 4 and 5 for my meds respectively. It is possible to enable the scrolling thing for my meds too after I enabled the option. For example, after I press 4 to change to my hp meds, I would be able to use scroll to change to my ap meds and bk to hp and so on. I know of other server that has it.
PS: the explanation is abit weird and vague but I don't know how to express it btr. If u try it in game u would know what I mean
