I bet it would be pretty useful to know whos that mad **** that keeps kicking people from the room without any reasonable explanation

Once player joins a room, he would not be able to kick anyone from the room for first ~10min ish of play time

I suggest this, cause i know multiple ****s that uses infinite kick bug (by creating new room), keeps abusing it for like 5-10 vote kicks everytime, until the player gets kicked... Really annoying.
Imagine having a fanboy and "vote kick starts, he leaves the room, he comes back, eventually vote kick gets rejected, he starts it again, leaves the room, comes back and repeat... " ;s
