Can't Get On Top of Buildings

Is there a way we can fix this?
In "Nexus Base , you cant get on top of the room that you spawn in xD
in BlitzKrieg you can't get on top of buildings as high as the one you spawn on, and double wall run only works on certain buildings, and is not very fluid.
