Suggestion description:
add an option for banned players to have access to the appeal sections under the message where it says you've been banned and the ban lift date, so that even banned players could post there. this is in order to prevent needing to ask players who would be kind enough to make an appeal for the banned person and needing him every time the banned person needs to view the appeal or reply to it.
