I dont know how much information I can put on here, so I'll say this.
I am an old returning player to the game, and in the past I had an account on this server and would like to have my old account re-activated.
I tried logging in, and was unable to.
I tried sending a recovery email, and it said the email was unattached to an account.
I tried making a new account using the same email, and was unable.
I looked up my old characters name "Spectrall" (you can see the last login date and inactivity) and its still there.
Honestly I dont think I had any donation items or such, but would really feel more comfortable using my default email address and I suppose my original name/login (esp if in the case of donating)
