IGN of reported player: Synf, Shaman, Hash
Reason: it's second time that he gets banned, like I reported him just now so my report was useless? Because he can easily baypass his ban and play on other account without getting any punishment? And again, this is 3rd time that he gets banned for being annoying (not only me) you can see a lot of people reporting him and he still be able to create another account without getting any punishment. I know it's not IP ban, but I don't see how fair is it reporting a person for being annoying, getting him banned and after that he could've just bypass that mute/ban on other account.
And I repeat, it's 3rd time that he got banned(this year) for being so damn annoying to people.
