Yes MojoGogoO's account is VIP, the other one is not. What makes you think he's sharing his account with the character MojoGogoO?
Well, I don't know which one Mojo used.
I just know that both of these accounts belong to him, and as you can obviously see in the picture someone is playing in one of his accounts.

Doesn't look like he's been sharing his VIP account. It's allowed to share any account that's not VIP but we highly recommend you don't.
