    When I login, there is a delay. Sometimes it gives me access denied and immediatley puts me in character screen.
    Same with the main screen and in-game.
    Delayed chat and Delayed spawn. Sometimes for a short period, but mostly very long.

    I don't know what could be causing this. I have a great PC and connection.
    I can stream 4k 60 FPS videos on youtube easilly.

    i7-6800k water cooled with Corsair H100i V2
    ASUS ROG STRIX x99 Motherboard.
    Sadly, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 TI (I have an Aorus 1080 TI, just need to get a custom loop for it.)
    Windows 10 and the game is on a M.2 Samsung 950 PRO.

    Your specs have nothing to do with a server lag.
    But since you are the only one posting about it I think it comes from your end.

    Go to start > run > cmd.exe > type in ping google.com > what ping are you getting on average?
    Server lag or delay, when no one else has it, is usually caused by a high ping between you and the router or server.
    It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
    I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
    There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
    And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.

    Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 15ms, Maximum = 52ms, Average = 25ms

    Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 15ms, Maximum = 43ms, Average = 29ms

    I did it twice while loading a 1080p 60fps video and with discord running in the background.
    Not the greatest ping but I wouldn't see why I would be fine on this server one moment and on another delayed for 1-2 minutes.
