GunZ has already had piercing guns since the beginning. Shotguns and Rockets soak AP first, pistols split 50/50 piercing and revs do more damage to HP than AP, so you could always die with armor. That's what piercing damage does. Changes the ratio of HP:AP damage, the PRC gems work against the GunZ balancing we've always had.
So reducing Incoming Piercing would only be good against Revs? So I'd rather take the +4HP Gem since there are more SG's players.
