    I can run RuneScape NXT client on the lower performances indeed, whenever I turn on the shadows, gradient, textures it starts to become laggy.

    I cannot.
    Which makes my point strongly valid, so I'd suggest to spend around €1300, and get a decent+ setup, instead of facing problems in 2019 already.
