By not muting/warning players for spamming 5 lines/insulting
I mean cmon there is no ****ing way someone will insult you for no reason, a good solution for this would be chat logs for every player but heh heh heh its too hard to develop.
But its 2017 people get offended so easily

Nope, thats why you shouldnt mute them.
Hes mad at you because you either insulted him once/twice and then stopped or Kept killing him
Two different scenarios and both of them should have a format each, for example: if hes mad cause you kept killing him, just record yourself killing him and let the chat replay do his job
