The limitbreakers need some advantage over the rest since they're more rare.

I believe this to be the most balanced between non-donor and donor. Anything under 950 delay, over 10 damage, less than 5 clip, or more than 6 clip is too much in my opinion. You lose some and you win some you cant always be a winner.
So whats the point of gaining levels when 1-95 is same dmg and ammo
