My verdict: Both users are innocent of using shotbot / aimfix
After this report and watching both replays multiples times I decided to follow these users in-game and watch them play. First off lets talk about the replays you provided.
Shotbot
Any signs of shotbot apart from the RS fails and the tumbling that were clearly done purposely (I will tell you why I'm confident it was done on purpose later in the reply) by the user Ragnarok are not apparent. The swinging of the crosshair was used to aim, their aim is very good, and that will be proven in the replays I will provide later in this response. Not a large amount of failing in wall post shots, in fact their aim was pretty decent with their wall posting, no unusual shots that stood out to me, there were no instances where they were constantly slashing when faced by a user in their crosshair either.
Aimfix
To be frank, their aim is just very good, and you were easy for them to aim at, nothing more. Since you're not sure which they're using and can't specify any clear instances where the aimfix is evident, you cannot state that aimfix is being used simply because they were able to aim at you and your teamate easily.
