f you got a bad past behaviour or you flamed/ego`ed/spammed a lot the chance you will make it to the conditional applications is zero. < I will be very strict with this.
Most of these people have already flammed or disrespected someone else.

* BloodyLotus: I would chosse him because he's the most cool and he's someone who you can talk to for about half-hour.. He never rejects the others and he's pretty active. o,o
