In the replays Ladyrose is indeed talking to you and Pookie as well indirectly. However, I will need another TGM to verify, especially the parts where Pookie and Ladyrose are speaking in Dutch.
However I would suggest you to use the /ignore function if they are annoying you.

What they said in English/Dutch was not really offensive.

However I still feel like what iEminem has done in Ladyrose's report was not really offensive either. In the replay we can obviously see that Pookie and Ladyrose initiated the conversation multiple times, and provoking/interfering by saying he doesn't need help to fix his fps issues. I think the least what we can do, since we can't revert a mute, we could atleast remove the warning that came with the punishment.

Ladyrose and Pookie were not insulting or provoking iEminem in Dutch. As for provoking in English - iEminem, Pookie and LadyRose all try to instigate arguments.
In the replay, we see that iEminem was trying to fix his low fps issue and wanted help from other players, but a few moments later, LadyRose started targeting iEminem and Pookie interfered a while later.

I think removing iEminem's warning is fair at this point, as he is clearly being provoked by LadyRose and Pookie.
