About the lagging/spiking part - User has been warned.
About the vote kicks part - You didn't provide enough evidence. You showed us that SOMEONE kicked you many times, but it could be anyone. You need to take screenshots of him rejoining as well. Also I'm not sure what I'm supposed to see in the replays because it's impossible to see vote kicks in replays.
