[Help - Other] Is there a way to actually get better fps?

I can't remember the last time I had lower than 100 fps. I think that was the time I had a duo core pentium with AMD graphics LOL. Running GAME BOOSTER to close all the programs I didn't need �� back in 2005 or so.

I play on 100fps and still get fps drop xD
