Always wanted something like this, but by invite only so you actually get players of their own country in a team.
Edit: with the winning team getting an item (gun/sword/clothing piece) in with the countries respective colour/flag on it, making it a rather unique item to obtain (like tourny item but cosmetical).
On another note maybe it is cool to give them some nicnames with their respective country flag labelled.
