-Also when i recorded it with f11 and watched it from his scope he is shooting at other spots and getting a kill.

Can you provide a F11 replay?
Do you have another replay? It's a short one and more evidence can really be useful to us.
i have provided a 5 round f11 it was obvious that he is shooting in other spots like we are not moving to him
It is kinda difficult to judge by such a short replay but here's my input:
About UC: He obviously wasn't UCing. There were no signs of UC at all, his movements were perfectly fine. You didn't click the "Tab" key while taking that F11 replay so it was also impossible to see his ping for the whole replay.
About Aimbot: As I said before, it is hard to judge by those 40 seconds. Unfortunately we have no use in your F10 replay because first of all we could only see your point of view and secondly it was very blurrish. The reason you saw him shooting in another spot but still managed to hit you is because of his high ping to you, it's all about distance lag. If you had more evidence then it would be easier for me to judge but I personally wouldn't ban someone for such a short replay.
However, I'll leave this report open and let another GM to take a look at this.
From looking at the avi, I assume his ping was about 200+. It was very blurry and couldn't see much.
His movements were normal. No glitchy movements that I noticed.
You said 5 rounds. It was actually only 4 rounds.
Overall, I don't think there is enough proof to claim that he is aimbotting.
Hi,
I agree with Ommadawn and Bulba, because I couldn't see any signs of UC/Aimbot either.
Feel free to report again, by recording longer replays (using F11) and taking a few screenshots of the ping.
Thanks.
