So winner might not win anything?

winner will always win something, for example winner will roll with the /roll 12 command(12 items) he will randomly win an item
lets say that winner rolls the number 4.

When number 4 item is taken out we will re select a number to an item, then the next winner will roll with the command /roll 11 (because there is only 11 items left now)

If that winner also get the number 4 it will be a different item
