Do you have any other anti viruses than windows defender? Its probably the anti virus
Also you can try enabling every gunz.exe in your firewall, to make sure youre allowing the right one, right click on the gunz.exe, if I remember correctly, if one of those for fg wasnt allowed, no servers would show up
