What I suggest is to report with proper evidence which isn't hard to get btw in case what he says is true, a short replay and a screenshot of the kick itself. If it happens constantly as he says then it shouldn't be too hard for him to get evidence. I don't think this is a good suggestion because imagine making an AnD room as an example. So as a room owner you know you won't get kicked no matter what so it doesn't matter if you cheat or stack or stall/run/hide or even spike/lag because you simply won't be able to get kicked from that room. So not only it will allow you to abuse it but there will be far more pointless reports which will probably get declined because of such rule.
